Items & Inventory
- Each item listed in this shop is a preorder item and has not yet been manufactured. As such, the actual colours, textures, etc. of your order may vary from what you see on-screen. Additionally, fulfillment of the final products will not occur until after the preorder and production periods have ended.
- These items are for sale for a limited time only. They will not be restocked, nor will the store re-open for preorders after all orders have been shipped out (approx March-April 2025). Depending on inventory, we may open a leftover sale in July-August 2025.
- During the production period, we will be updating our Twitter and Instagram (@scaraetherzine). Please check out our social media for updates!
- Distribution of pre-ordered digital items will occur 1-2 weeks after all physical preorders have been shipped. All digital orders will be sent to the email address provided at the time of preorder. All emails will come from [email protected]. Please ensure that you have added our email address to your whitelist.
- All digital goods are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, reprinted for sale, or otherwise shared.
SHIPPING POLICY
- All items in this project are preorder items and will be shipped at a later date. The estimated production time will be 3-4 months. We hope to begin shipping in February 2025 to March 2025!
- Address changes can be made at any time before shipping begins. We will send out an email and post an announcement at the beginning of the Shipping Period to provide a Change of Address form.
- All orders will ship from the USA. Domestic orders should take 1-2 weeks to arrive after shipment. International orders should take between 2-12 weeks after shipment.
- Due to various factors including the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be delayed or otherwise affected. We are currently unable to ship to the following countries in the suspended shipping list. In the case that orders are placed from customers in these countries, customers will be refunded. Please note that packages sent to Pakistan and Israel have also been recently having trouble with being returned to sender.
- Reconciled Stars is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during shipment.
- We ensure that your orders are packaged securely. If there are any issues, please contact your local post office first to report the damage before contacting us. After this, we can work with you to find the best solution possible. All inquiries about damaged goods should be sent to [email protected].
- Parcels will be shipped with Pirateship. All orders will be shipped with tracking numbers by default. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or VAT.
- For Residents of Germany, the EU, and the UK: Though we are able to ship to countries in the EU, due to new shipping restrictions, please note that your package is subject to taxation or VAT guidelines and fees payable by the buyer. Depending on your country's regulations, you will need to pay VAT as outlined by your country of residence.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may receive a full refund (excluding any service fees incurred by Paypal or Stripe) for cancellations made during the preorder period. Cancellation requests may not be made after the preorder period has ended as the funds will be used to produce and fulfill all orders.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final and returns will not be allowed.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We MAY offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Orders that were not delivered due to our negligence in package labels (i.e. address label does not match the address on order, address label not properly affixed to package).
- Orders that contain items that were damaged or otherwise faulty due to our negligence in packaging. Please provide videos and/or photos when contacting us.
- Orders that are missing listed items (i.e. full bundle order missing an item).
All other refund or exchange requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If unclaimed packages are returned to us, we will send you an email and arrange a second attempt. All buyers will be responsible for covering the reshipment cost for unclaimed packages. If the reshipped package is unclaimed or returned, it will be considered forfeited and will no longer be eligible for any refunds.- Orders consisting solely of PDFs (as well as the PDFs associated with any order that contains physical items) will be emailed out a week after all physical orders have been shipped.
The moderators of Reconciled Stars reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that break these terms.
